    YOUR DAILY PROGRAMME

    Drink 4 glasses of water before anything else:
    It is vital that you drink at least two litres of water per day. This works out to be about 7-8 large glasses. It flushes the system and is an important part of your programme.

    Here are the instructions on using your products.

    MAKING A SHAKE - Formula 1 Healthy Meal Replacement:
    To make a shake, start by shaking the Formula 1 container to aerate it, then tap the top of the lid before opening. Take the recommended amount of Formula 1 Shake Mix (servings can range between 13g to 26g, depending on preference or weight loss desired).  Add Formula 1 Shake Mix to 250ml of soya milk (e.g. Alpro), straight from the fridge is best. It is not advisable use cow's milk unless you're use to drinking a pint a day; most adults have a problem digesting the lactose in milk. Either use a blender or Herbalife shaker to make the shake. Reduce the amount of milk by 20 - 30ml, if you are adding either fruit or yoghurt, or both, to thicken the shake.  (Make sure that the yoghurt is low fat and use 1 or 2 dessert spoons per serving.  For the fruit a handful of berries or half of banana is advised).

     

    A great lighter alternative is to use water. Even better blended with a banana for a thick and lighter smoothie.

    MULTIVITAMIN COMPLEX - Formula 2 Woman & Formula 2 Men:  
    The F2 Multivitamin Complex tablets complements the nutrition in the Formula 1 shakes and helps the body to absorb nutrients, vitamins and minerals more effectively, therefore maximizing the benefits of the Herbalife weight management programme. Take one tablet three times a day after Formula 1 shake or meal. 

    HERBAL TEA
    :
    Thermojetics Instant Herbal Beverage will assist your metabolism to help you feel energised and invigorated all through the day. This instant herbal beverage can be enjoyed hot or cold, and a great way to help you reach your required fluid intake each day. Drink 1 or 2 glasses per day. Mix ½ teaspoon with 200 - 250ml of hot or cold water.

    PERSONALISED PROTEIN POWDER - Formula 3:
    Formula 3 is an easy way to personalise your protein intake to suit your weight management, appetite control and fitness needs. Proteins from foods like soy and dairy are termed ‘complete’ proteins because they contain a balance of all the essential amino acids (or building blocks) for the growth and maintenance of muscle. 1 level tablespoon supplies 5 grams of protein. Take 1 – 4 servings daily by adding to your shakes, beverages and food.

    HEALTHY MEAL:
    To fully benefit from the weight loss programme, it is strongly recommended that you choose a meal that is high in protein and low in carbohydrate, one that is colourful.  At the beginning it is not necessary to drastically change your eating habits especially if you find this hard to do, instead it’s wise to reduce the size of your portions!  A salad with a protein option (meat or fish) is the best option and will maximize the benefits of your Herbalife programme.
